Spark2Boost’s mission is to offer leaders meaningful and insightful sparks that, when boosted, help individuals grow, gain new perspectives, and shape a new direction for themselves and their organisations.
Through Spark2Boost, Pia provides a range of services including leadership coaching, mentoring and consulting, as well as inspiring keynote talks designed to boost participants’ thinking and leadership development.
The services also include a tailored development program for CEOs. During this four-five-month program, participants explore a variety of leadership tools guided by different experienced mentors.
Spark2Boost collaboration also creates strong networks where participants can learn, grow and share their expertise.
All assignments are tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client, and Pia can deliver her services fluently in Finnish, Swedish or English.
