Pia Adlivankin
I have worked in the tourism and travel industry throughout my entire career. I have always been fascinated by how investing in employees’ wellbeing and company culture can inspire the team to exceed customers’ expectations and thereby ensure the success of organisations.
I worked as a CEO in the tourism industry for over 18 years, the last ten years of which were at Linnanmäki Amusement Park in Helsinki, Finland. I am proud that through our purposeful development work with the whole team, Linnanmäki developed into one of the best workplaces in Finland. One measurement of this was our repeated successes in the Great Place to Work, Finland, survey results. The relevant benefit of this was, that as team satisfaction grew, guests’ satisfaction increased and the company became even more successful.
In the fall of 2024, I founded the company Spark2Boost, where the mission is to provide insightful and meaningful sparks which, when boosted, enable every leader to develop and create a new direction for themselves and their company. My services include a coaching program tailored to the needs of CEOs, in which over the course of four to five months participants become familiar with several leadership tools under the guidance of expert mentors. As an entrepreneur, I have also had the opportunity to assist several companies with company culture and leadership development projects. Currently I support CEOs by combining practical leadership experience, strategic thinking and a strong understanding of people. I believe that sustainable leadership starts from within and is strengthened through collaboration.
I also work as a motivational speaker, also in cooperation with MySpeaker, which allows me to share my expertise on topics such as ”How to ensure an inspiring company culture”, “How to develop responsible and impactful leadership”, and “How organizations can ensure a winning customer experience through committed employees”. I have also mentored several young female leaders in recent years.
I have an international background, having studied and/or worked in Sweden, Germany and the United States. I have Hospitality Management Degrees from what is now The Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki, Finland, as well as from The Cornell University School of Hospitality Management in New York, USA. In addition, I have later completed the executive-level JOKO Leadership Program at the Helsinki School of Economics.
In addition, I have diverse experience in board work, and serve presently as a board member both domestically and internationally.

My main motivational speaking topics include building company cultures that support team wellbeing, enabling leaders to foster wellbeing through coaching leadership, and ensuring that company strategy is shared and understood across the organisation.
I am able to deliver presentations fluently in Finnish, Swedish and English.
