Tailored leadership development

I offer organisations development programs focusing on workplace wellbeing, leadership and company culture. All coaching programs are tailored to the specific needs of each organisation and can be delivered in Finnish, Swedish or English.

Alongside the coaching programs, I can also provide personal mentoring for participants to support leaders’ self-awareness, confidence and personal growth.

Examples of coaching projects

Majaland Parks / Momentum Leisure

  • Momentum Leisure is a Dutch private equity company that operates and develops Majaland theme parks for families in Poland. The company is currently building its fourth park.

In spring–summer 2025, I led a comprehensive development process focusing on company culture, leadership and customer service.

The process began with coaching the company’s leadership team. Together with them, we then organised a series of interactive workshops for park managers and staff across the organisation.

At the end of the process, we gathered insights and development ideas related to company culture and leadership, agreed on concrete changes and supported the implementation of these change processes.

As a result of the development work and employees feeling heard and involved, the team became even more committed to improving customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s long-term success.

Together with a partner, we also facilitated a company-wide strategy redefinition process that actively involved the entire organisation.

  • “Working with Pia Adlivankin from Spark2Boost has been a transformative experience for Momentum Leisure and Majaland Poland. As facilitator, mentor, and cultural architect, Pia has played a central role in our Building Momentum journey — a comprehensive process designed to strengthen our strategy, leadership, and team culture.

From the very first workshop, Pia brought clarity, compassion, and creative energy to every discussion. She helped us articulate what truly defines us — our shared values, leadership mindset, and ways of working. Her approach masterfully blended strategic thinking with emotional intelligence, guiding both our leadership and operational teams to connect culture with business outcomes.

Pia’s workshops inspired reflection, growth, and open communication. Through her guidance, we enhanced our employee experience, refined our leadership models, and established our “Wheel of Success” framework. Her emphasis on trust, accountability, and shared purpose has elevated our internal culture and strengthened the bond between our parks and teams.

Pia’s ability to see the bigger picture while nurturing individual growth is exceptional. Thanks to her expertise, Momentum Leisure now moves forward with renewed focus, aligned values, and a deeply engaged organization ready for the next strategic phase.”

My coaching is built around the The Wheel of Success for Service Organizations framework.

Successful service organizations do not succeed by chance – they are built through deliberate choices. It all starts with one critical decision: A genuine commitment to investing in people.

When people are placed at the center, recruitment becomes strategic. Every new team member is selected based on shared values – because value alignment is the basis for the actual performance. If teamwork is critical for organizational success, it must be visible in all actions.

But finding the right people is only the beginning. True competitive advantage comes from leadership. Encouraging and coaching leadership unlocks people’s full potential – which is why it is essential to continuously develop and support leaders. When leadership works, it creates engagement, excitement, and a a shared drive to succeed together. And that shows where it matters most - in customer interactions.

In service organizations customer satisfaction is everything. Without customer trust, nothing else matters – not even the best products or a strong company culture.

When trust is earned, a powerful positive cycle begins. Customers return gladly. Business grows and resources increase, which enables more investment in people, thier (job)satisfaction and organizational development, which in turn improves the customer experience even further.

This is how the wheel starts turning; better leadership → more engaged teams → happier customers → stronger business.

The question is: Are you ready to make the decisions that real success requires?  I’m here to help you get that cycle moving.
