CEO Leadership Program
Bringing more strategic thinking into everyday leadership
Growth and development for leadership
Spark2Boost’s coaching program offers CEOs insightful and meaningful sparks that, when boosted, enable each participant to develop and create a new direction for themselves and their company.
In the Spark2Boost program, development happens through mentoring, interactive in-person sessions and meaningful conversations with fellow CEOs. It provides a regular break from daily operations, creating space to learn, reflect and grow with others in similar roles.
Many leaders have learned to analyse, optimise and make decisions based on data, but fewer have been given the tools to lead people, culture and themselves. Yet these are what truly shape how an organisation performs. This leadership program focuses on developing these skills in practice.
What Makes This Program Valuable?
Top leaders should never stop developing. Leaders need regular sparring and fresh perspectives to stay at the top of their game. Spark2Boost acts as a trusted sparring partner that helps leaders stay one step ahead and offers support that drives both you and your company forward. The role of a CEO is demanding and often lonely. In the middle of busy schedules, CEOs are often the first to sacrifice time for their own development and wellbeing, even though these are a key part of how you lead every day.
This coaching program is designed specifically for CEOs who value networking, peer support and practical tools for leadership. Leadership develops best when time is set aside for continuous learning and when a trusted network is built around it. By participating in the Spark2Boost program, participants also become part of an alumni network where experiences and expertise can continue to be shared alongside other CEOs who understand the realities of your role, even after the mentoring program has ended.
The Spark2Boost CEO Leadership Program offers:
Tools to help leaders develop more strategic thinking, beyond the day-to-day operational demands of running a business.
Insights and practical tools to support leaders’ personal wellbeing and resilience.
Creative learning methods that provide participants with continuous, direct feedback on their development.
Development of emotional intelligence and interaction skills through Emotional Intelligence profiles and personal mentoring, helping each participant recognise their strengths and areas for growth.
Excellent opportunities to share expertise and build connections with other top leaders in a small group setting. During the program, participants also work in pairs to strengthen networking and peer support.
A leadership book whose insights are explored together through shared reading discussions.
A clearer direction, greater confidence in decision-making, and the ability to continue developing your leadership — even beyond the program.
Mentors Spring 2025
Program Mentors
Each coaching session is led by an expert in their field, offering participant CEOs the opportunity to explore new, practical leadership tools and share insights that help make their work more effective.
The sessions are not traditional slide presentations. Instead, under the guidance of each mentor, participants actively explore, experience and practice new tools and approaches.
If a particular tool sparks further interest, participants can continue exploring it more deeply with the support of the mentor within their own organisation.
Pia has worked closely with all of these mentors and has personal experience of the tools they use. Therefore she can confidently bring these specific mentors to the program.

Monday December 14, 9:00–17:00 + dinner
In this training session, participants will hear how a highly challenging crisis situation was handled and what lessons were learned from the experience. Participants will analyse their own crisis leadership capabilities by reflecting on their EQ-i profiles while assessing how prepared their organisation would be to lead a crisis situation.
The session also includes a discussion based on the book Oman työsi kulkija, exploring how the practical tools presented in the book can immediately be applied to one’s own leadership style and in one’s own organisational context.
The whole mentoring program will then be concluded with a discussion about key learnings and how to make sure these learnings are applied to everyone’s work life.
At the end of the day we will enjoy a nice dinner together with all participants and mentors, where feedback and diplomas are shared.
